Pastry chef looking for the cherry on top, currently going bananas.
I am looking for something different and exciting. Currently, I am pastry chef for a few restaurants in a restaurant group, working in an off-site kitchen. Additionally to the restaurant desserts, I assist in production for a wholesale patisserie line, also from the same kitchen. Ideally, I would like to be in a leadership role, and in a less chaotic atmosphere. Busy and productive are good, but chaos and stress are not what I look for in a workplace.
