Customer Service Representatives

I am looking for an employer who appreciates a job that is well done. A boss who doesn't hesitate to offer praise when it is well deserved as well as constructive criticism when it is well needed. A boss who appreciates an employee that has good a attendance record and who recognizes when an employee goes out of his/her way to give extremely good customer service for customer retention for the company. I am also looking for an employer who encourages and supports an employee's decision to make a career advancement within the company and or act on a education decision on behalf of the company. I am seeking an employer who cares about the cleanliness of the job environment as well as the safety of his/her employees. I am also in search of an employer who practices being honest,fair and considerate of employees at all times. A boss who rewards and gives bonuses to employees when it is well deserved. A boss who is willing to go out of his/her way to communicate to employees about any changes in company policy and rules and who is patient enough to answer any questions that an employee might have regarding changes to company policy and rules. I am looking for a boss with a relaxed demeanor...not too corporate or excutive like but one who is always in an approachable mode.
