Stability , although the industry has had some problems this past year and a half I am sure it will come back around. I hope to get a position like my last Job , I was an consumer loan UW for 10.5years I would of stayed until too old to work... but with the market as it was I was let go. I also would be happy to go back to mortgage processing , this is also something I have done in past and where I feel I have my expertise , I simply love the callange's that the Mortgage lending business has to offer.
