SUMMARY: * Supervisor over Assembly lines to insure on time delivery and to meet schedules * Experience as a: Paint Engineer / Paint Supervisor / Process Engineer / Production Supervisor * Proficient in automotive painting on injection molded parts, to include: Water-based, Solvent-based, 1K, 2K, and Powder Coat. * Program Motorman and Fanuc painting robots. * Setup new paint lines from scratch. * As Production Supervisor, been in charge over 80 associates. * Experienced in Kaizen, ad Lean manufacturing. * Program and troubleshoot new and existing robot path work and parameters for new part styles and colors. * Working with supervisors, quality, engineering and other production departments to address quality concerns * * Extensive working and technical knowledge of paint robotics, fluid control systems, spray guns, electrostatic bells, and other paint application equipment. Worked second shift, there were no maintenance therefore I did all maintenance myself Experienced with: 1K, 2K, all Water-based paint. * Set up process sheet and program Paint Robotic, over Water knifes Router Robotic, and Dry Cast Machines. Worked with soft foam lines and Ridged foam on door panels and soft foam * Program paint robots (Fanuc and Motorman) to ensure all robots are run in an efficient rate which can paint 500 doors per shift. * Setup paint procedures and guidelines. * Supervisor and train Paint Technicians to ensure jobs are performed in accordance to the set method and procedures. * Design fixtures, repair on tooling that makes masking units. Set up fluid controls with a computer and rebuild guns and fluid regulators. * Perform troubleshooting when robots malfunctioned, and performed corrective action to resolve problems and minimize down time. * Promoted teamwork with all Associates.
