Description
I started out in a call center, making outbound sales calls. While I excelled in this position, I felt that there was something better out there for me. I started working for Jim in 1998, with very little insurance experience. Since then, I've learned the insurance industry from the ground up, from personal lines to commercial lines. I started as a CSR and am now the Office Manager, responsible for the smooth day-to-day operations of a 6000-policy agency. I am called upon by the other agents in our district (and even our district manager) for information that is essential to the smooth running of their agencies and the district.
