Assisted in development testing, using FAX, Modem, and POTS equipment for G11, G728, & G729 transmission environments, assuring timely release of two generations of successful voice products. Resolved voice call configuration problems for software engineers by analyzing misconfiguration to resolution, allowing more efficient usage of time by development engineers. Redesigned and rewired voice lab to enable reconfiguration of network in seconds. Developed voice lab to facilitate new software technologies. Designed and built analog fixtures for marketing to be used in demonstrations of voice compression products in trade shows.
