Process Improvement / Business Analyst

Process Improvement and Business Analysis Experience: • BA Experience: Interfacing and managing stakeholder’s expectations early in the project to prevent issues downstream by negotiating scope, release schedule, and delivering UI/UX designs (wireframes development.) • Liaison between the business and IT teams to ensure accurate documentation of business and functional requirements • UML Experience includes: Use Case diagrams, State-charts, Sequence, and Activity diagrams • Researched business problems to identify root cause and/or gap analysis phase • After completing initial analysis, provide and recommend alternate solutions based on risks and constraints • Ensure quality principles are met: developed UI and QA standards, test plans, test cases, and closely monitored system integration • Process Improvement Experience: Heavy business collaboration to identify defects such as: duplication of effort, lead/process time, delays, Value-stream mapping – teams focused on Improving Process Efficiency. • Several years experience documenting and analyzing client’s As-Is States to identify non-value added tasks and areas for improvement – input to future To-Be state • Six Sigma’s DMAIC process - Worked extensively with cross-functional teams, in a facilitation role to produce process improvement diagrams: BPM’s, Swim-lanes / Cross-Functional, SIPOC’s, Value-Stream Maps, Cause-and-Effect (Fishbone), and PICK • Demonstrated the ability to collaborate with all areas within the business, in order to reach a consensus
