As a construction superintendent with extensive experience in plan reading, and coordinating all trades.With finished projects on time for my past employers company's, With over 20 years of experience as a super I have hands on experience with all treads in the field which give me the ability to handle most site situations . I am the first on site and the last off. With projects from the ground up to remodels ,custom build outs, as well as site safety training. In this role, I coordinated all trades on site and off, architect's,engineers,MEP,unions & non union,DOB,safety, FDNY, Government agency's and suppliers.weekly meetings,and all log books and and pre construction photo log,daily reports, ECT.
