Equally capable either behind the wheel or the dispatch window!

I am looking for a hands-on position where I can utilize my extensive experience in the transportation industry. My early working history was spent on the management side of the dispatch window as a Dispatcher/Supervisor/Dock Foreman, Office Manager, and Sales Representative, while the last decade and a half were spent behind the steering wheel as a city delivery/pickup driver and dockman/forklift operator for a General Freight Carrier. Since the unfortunate demise of this Carrier in summer 2008, I have been a Bus Driver/Aide for our Intermediate School District transporting special needs students to/from work/school. I have always been highly commended by my Supervisors, co-workers, and customers and was often told I was their 'favorite driver'. I am very capable of thinking on my feet, but knowing when to involve Supervision in problematic situations. My goal is always customer satisfaction while maintaining maximum efficiency. I am friendly, loyal, and communicate well. I am a quick learner and adapt well to change.
