• Marriott Centerpoint Parkway Hotel, Pontiac, Michigan 2007 (Value: $1.2 million) Worked as lead estimator and project manager during pre-bid, bidding, scope review processes and completion of the project. Renovation of guestrooms, guest corridors, ballrooms, restaurant and public spaces.
• Embassy Suites, Las Vegas, Nevada 2007 (Value $300,000) Worked as lead estimator during the bid process. Complete renovation of guestrooms, guest bathrooms and Fitness Center.
• Walt Disney World Hilton, Orlando, Florida 2008 (Value: $7.5 million) Worked as estimator during the bidding process. Complete renovation of guestrooms, corridors and replacement of fan coil units.
