Practical minded PhD chemical engineer

I am looking for an R&D position with a progressive company. My specialty is managing and contributing to technical projects from the initial stages (e.g. idea generation) all the way to the final stages (e.g. analysis). I use my research background to form project goals and test plans. More recently I have acquired the skills necessary to navigate projects through intermediate steps common in industry (e.g. legal, safety, regulatory). And I am an expert in analyzing results (usually in Matlab) and communicating findings to my peers. General areas of interest (with associated keywords) Environmental research: gas cleanup, emissions control, sulfur dioxide, mercury, acid aerosol, sustainability (e.g. water conservation), wastewater, metals (e.g. mercury, selenium), aerosols, nanoparticles, metal colloids, flue gas desulfurization (FGD), development of new measurement techniques. Process engineering: mathematical modeling, numerical methods, Matlab, analysis of large datasets, optimization. Leadership: innovation, technical leadership, intellectual property development, project management.
