Experienced Senior Radiographer with multiple skills....

I am looking to enhance my 26 year career with new challenges and my goal to be reached in becoming multi modality... I have used both DR AND CR equipment, as well as being the sole radiographer in the operating room as well as performing this modality throughout the hospital for 14 years.... I believe if you want to increase your knowledge and expertise, it doesn't matter if it comes from a new graduate or someone that has been in the field of radiology for 40 years... I love my career, I always have and I am committed to being a sponge for any new modality. I take constructive critisism, hoping I will learn something new or improve on something I already know... I do not feel that my experience will never interfere with someone that can show me a better way to take a radiograph or make the patient more comfortable. I have been blessed with kindness, compassion, patience and a caring heart. These gifts have kept me in this career for 26 years, without being burnt out to the point where a patient becomes a number.. I am fast and efficient, even while still giving the appropriate attention to each individual person. I cannot treat people like cattle or like they have taken a numher from the deli... You do not have to go on for a half an hour, but I believe it is imperative to let the patient know what the patient is having done, how I'm going to take the x-ray and finally let them questions, if they should have any...
