Description
Proficient in managing maintenance; capable of working independently and managing multiple task in a safe and efficient manner. Over (25) years of experience in supervising/managing maintenance crews of ten or more mechanics. Maintenance Planning & Scheduling (job & task planning and scheduling) establishing & maintaining Spare Parts Inventory, records management and organization via sufficient CMMS knowledge. Familiar with maintenance best practices and approaches utilized in a high pace industrial manufacturing environment, working well under pressure while communicating ideas clearly and effectively. History of results in improving equipment reliability and process control facilitation utilizing lean manufacturing techniques including corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance, design and implement matrixes, paredo & flow charts, SPC, FTC, and Gauge R&R. Knowledge of operation and ability of performing troubleshooting techniques from PLC Ladder Logic, schematics, P & ID, and drawings. •Ability to influence others in effectively supporting collaborative teamwork. Experience in working with Unions and HR staff to resolve union issues. Sufficient knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Collaborate with Engineers, Project Management, vendors or suppliers, OEM Reps and Techs.
