I worked in COnstruction as a finish Carpenter in Germany. Got also my degree in architectural drafting. Worked then as a merchandiser to reset STores. AFter that I ran a woodshop with 5 - 8 Employees. Supervising and moving the shop in a profitable direction was a good match with my knowledge as well as achievement goal. After that I worked in a large comapnay as Estimator, still always trying to mimprove margins and better the flow of work and myself.
