Work in conjunction with the owner and top customer to establish estimating with complex progress billing for monthly coverage and special projects. Design, implement and maintain a database for complying with state laws and regulations for permits, and registrations on overweight trucks. Work in conjunction with accountant for year-end reporting. Calculate and prepare employee payroll to outside Payroll Company, to include maintaining all employee leave records.
