Chad K. Stapley 10040-1 S. Nogales Hwy Tucson, AZ 85756 Cell: 520-471-3987 To: Whom it many concern, Hi, as you know my name is Chad and would like to take this opportunity to tell you a little about myself. I am a go getter, a fast learner, and a team player who understands the concept of no I in team. The end results is what matters to all concerned. I have been in trucking, and heavy equipment most of my career. I, after years of waiting for an opening finally got into mining were I was able to achieve not only operating a Haul Truck but went onto: Mentoring drivers, working with blasting, and with leaching. In-between time I studied and acquired a Green Card to operate a $30,000,000.00 dollar Electric Shovel. A job I enjoyed greatly. When I became employed at the largest Copper Mine in the US, I was told that there was enough work for 100 years or more. With this knowledge I believed that I had finally found a place I could retire and was happy to do just that. Then as we all know the economy took a massive turn for the worse, and I like 5 million unfortunate people was laid off. With little to no hope of being recalled back to work in the near future, I now have an opportunity to consider a career change. I do consider myself to be a mid -career professional who once again is looking for a place to retire. I am a quick learner who has the drive and the patients to learn a new skill and turn it into a career. Given the chance I know I could do well in any career opportunity I would acquire. When a job is set before me whether it be a skill already learned, or a new skill to be conquered, I always give it my full attention. I believe that any job done is to be done correctly the first time and that being a team player is necessary to achieve any goals, both in the present and in the long term. I’d like the opportunity to show how you can put my experience to work for you. I’m excited about your company, and I look forward to contributing to your future as well as mine. Sincerely, Chad Stapley
