Obtain a manager's position to continue to share and train the youth to maintain successul execution of industrial projects, avoiding injuries/incidents while excelling in schedule completions within budgets. I believe in customer satisfaction but I also believe in protecting the interests of my company. I was never given anything, all that I am was achieved through hard work and adaptability. I have built some of the largest coal fired boilers in existence but have also been involved with industrial/commerical styles. I've built, commissioned and trained operators. From the energy conservation days, I dealt with steam systems around the world. 1000 Mega watt units in China to recovery boilers in Signapore. So the 8 direct years of building 1 750 MgW lignite unit in Texas, 2 750 MgW coal units in Arkansas and 1 550 MgW coal unit in Louisiana were the basics of early training and everything else was a boost.
