I am a Certified South Carolina Residential Care Administrator. My goals have been Residents come first then to maintain my operation to meet budgets and give the best care possible to the residents and maintain a quality relationship with my employees.
The former Company that I worked for laid me off in Oct. 08 as the owner decided he was going to operate the property himself, along with his girlfriend. He is a Phycican and she is an RN. To date they have both been turned down for licenses due to lack of experience. They have asked me to come back but I feel a fresh envioriment would be best for me and my family. I love working in any aspect of this field and I have been very successful. I would certainly be willing to look at other opportunities where my education and experience would be benefical.
