CollapseDescription

I learned leadership skills during a 20 year career in the US Air Force. I was responsible during that time for equipment accounts worth more than 20 million dollars and for between 7 and 41 people. I scheduled preventative maintenance programs and decreased passed return to vendor items by over 30 percent by changing test criteria. As an Engineering Technician, I have had less than one percent of my customer call themselves unsatisfied with my work. I am frequently called upon to determine failure root causes when no one else has been able to. I get along well with all my customers, both external and internal and work well in a team setting as well as alone. I work diligently to balance total customer satisfaction with the "bottom line" and always am aware of when it is time to say "No". I can easily relocate worldwide and am open to travel.
