Responsibilities
I was afforded significant responsibility with minimal oversight at the law firm I worked for during law school, meaning I was responsible for a docket of clients for whom I was the primary contact. I also had the opportunity to draft countless litigation documents, again with minimal oversight; one of my briefs was filed with the Tennessee State Court of Appeals, adopted in full by the other respondents in the matter (including the Metropolitan Government of Davidson County), again with minimal oversight and few editorial changes.
