• Place an order for body shop raw materials
• Run daily reports on AS400 to forecast how many cars need parts.
• Print work order for each car and review and analyze the parts it needed.
• Check cars physically to avoid order wrong auto parts.
• Call dealers to order parts or use Dcnet and Ultra mate system to shop on line for special make and models like BMW and Jaguars.
• Received and put away parts and raw materials on respective shelf ordered the day before.
• Retrieve signed invoices from vendors and enter accurate information on the respective purchasing order on AS400.
• Created a copy of the invoice to be attached to the part and place it on respective shelf according to make of the car.
