I am very proud of the accomplishments I made at my last position. I was tasked with opening a new call center for a major PBM. I hired, trained and mentored 18 representatives to start. The department went on to grow to 45 plus representatives. I had the lowest attrition rate in the company. I take great pride in that. This was the second call center department I have successfully started and ran. I also have strong medical and dental claims background in previous postitions. |
