- Following a four million dollar renovation of the Galvanizing facility, recruited by Lindsay in January 2006 to provided technical information concerning manufacturing and processing techniques, materials, properties, process advantages and limitations that affected long range plant and product engineering planning. .
Production increased, utilizing Lean practices, in 2006 by 21%. In 2007 increased additional 22%, and in 2008 production was doubled over 2005 volume, surpassing all renovation project projections.
Implemented Lean through Value Stream Mapping and Kaizen Teams to eliminate waste in daily activities in angle production and galvanizing.
Collaborated with suppliers as a liaison to production facilities for implementation of Lean Initiatives.
Supervised and coordinated activities of four Supervisors, two Mechanical Engineers, a Quality Engineer and 250 hourly Associates.

- Joined A-Plus, reorganizing and coaching the workforce to establish a positive safety, quality, delivery and cost foundation.
