Highlights:

Created a full class and training process for about 1400 Employees that allowed them to be trained and tested on a new solution that was being implemented by my team. The implementation was for our Reservation agents working from to move to a better remote connection to our local network and PBX. This was a completely different solution for them and as a result they needed to be trained. After two years of not Backpacking I was able to train for 2 months, get back in the physical and mental shape I needed and completed a full 80 mile hike of one of our local trails. This was no small task as I only allowed a four day window to complete the trail. This adds up to 20+ mile days with a 30lb. pack. And again this was only completed with daily training for two months prior to my leaving on the trail. The mental struggle was more powerful than the physical and was the major hurdle to overcome during the experience. This has lead me to believe in my abilities even more than I thought possible. I can withstand and bear down when needed, with nothing holding me back.
