I'm looking for security and respect at my ideal job. I am a hard worker and would love to be at a place where I feel my diligence and skill are appreciated. Because of the profession that I've chosen, I am often caught in a "cold-collar" situation where there is maximum hard labor required and minimal health benefits or maximum overtime required with little room for advancement or salary increases. There is no human resources or employee handbook, just a "job" when I am looking for a career. Therefore I am very open to a career change. I am very experienced in life and grasp well to new experiences that will keep my body busy as well as my brain stimulated.
