Highlights:
One of my major accomplishments in my career was to work for a company where the accounting department was neglected for almost one year. I went in there and reconciled the books for the prior year, closed out the year and continued to do the same for the first six months of the current year. I created procedures for accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and payroll. For the first time in about a year, the owners of the company started getting financial reports on a monthly basis.
