I am looking for stability in my next future employment.Along with some benefits and full-time.Weekly paychecks and/or bi-weekly paychecks is not really a great deal to me.Not so much a strict dress code.Even bonuses,spiffs..Something that a employee would want to wake up to and be ready to go to work.
