· Managed store planning and design of all department store divisions, including managing office operations, authorizing budget and expenses, and supervising 10 team members

· Oversaw all store design for the Lane Bryant and Lane Bryant Outlets brand, providing assistance to the other brands as needed and directing 3 direct team members and outside design firms
· Executed conversion design of 75 Casual Corner Outlet stores into Lane Bryant Outlets, with renovation beginning in April 2006 and completing July 2006
· Developed new prototype design for the Petite Sophisticate brand as well as new Intimate Apparel design for Fashion Bug brand, distributing to 50 locations in 2006
