Successfully reduced the cost of heating and maintenance of original boiler systems by transitioning components to individual furnaces per unit, thus placing the cost of heating each unit on the tenant. Handled the clean up and dumping of spills by using a fifty-five gallon shopvac. The spill was then transferred from the shopvac to a storage tank designated for waste.
