Provides work guidance for less experienced personnel. Assist in the monthly closing process to include preparation of journal entries, expense allocations, account analysis and reconciliation. Code, prepare and distribute incoming and outgoing international and domestic intercompany invoices. Educate internal clients on intercompany accounting principles when necessary. conduct studies and submit recommendations for improving the organization's accounting operation to management. Assist in and/or install, modify, document and implement accounting systems and control procedures. Perform other duties as assigned.
