  • Fabrication, Trainer, Composites, Production and Manufacturing Made advance composites for military, civil aerospace, general aviation aircraft and ground transportation industries. AAR ran full line of composites flat panel products and adhesives. Using two multi-platen presses, produced honeycomb core flat panels from a variety of substrates using carbon/ epoxy fiber prepreg, graphite /epoxy fiber prepreg, fiberglass/epoxy fiber prepreg, Fiberglass/phenollic fibers prepreg. Used panel pines adhesives and edge fill products when specified. We would utilize the proper chemicals. You needed to understand safety data and self-life information. Accurately inspect the condition of all honeycomb core Nomex and honeycomb aluminum core before building and after building. Assure complete and accurate quality by signing off all paper work. Laid up molds in a clean room environment and cured in an oven or autoclave.

  • Shipping, Receiving and Billing Used pallet jacks to bring in pallets from receiving to unload totes of books to scan into our computer system then sorted items to right publishers. Boxed up each publisher books and put them on their own pallets to be scanned and billed. Used wrapper machine on pallets to get the items ready for UPS, Fed Ex or large truck lines.
