At my last job they offered what is called "Kudos" which meant if a customer called in to compliment a Representative that they spoke with and they offered ideal customer service and a pleasent experience you were rewarded. I recieved two in the 5 months that I worked there. In my job prior I worked there about 2 1/2 years and I was promoted twice. I started as a cash representative and 3months later I was promoted to a voucher representative and about a year later I was promoted to Lead Supervisor. |
