I am an unemployeed single mother.
Over my experience in certain jobs, I've seen a lot of negativity as well as positivity in certain aspects. What I would like in a job is to have a clean environment where everyone is treated as equals. No one person is better because they have a higher title. A higher title simply should mean you know more, you can do more, however keep your mind open for new ideas to make the business better for employees and customer alike.
