- All branch operations in the Houston Facility. Serviced relationships with the clients handled in the Houston office including several of the worlds largest banks. Renegotiated several vendor contracts. Stabilized performance in the call center with 90 FTE within 90 days of assuming the position.

- Serviced client relations with American Express, Bank of America, Chase, Discover, Compass Bank, and Citibank. Accomplishments with URS included rebuilding several of the Citibank and American Express portfolios to make them industry leaders competitively. Salvaged and maintained a relationship with Discover Card. I was the initial contact for Bank of America and Compass Bank when they joined United. Placements with Bank of American increased from 3 million a month to currently 17 million generating United Recovery more than a half a million dollars in collections per month. Completed the URS Director of collections training program in 2005.

- Managed the branch in Houston, TX. 173 full time employees. Monitored all facility profit and loss at the Houston site and negotiated several of the company’s vendor contracts including Experian, Trans Union and SoundBite. All of the bank card and debt purchasing for ER Solutions operated from this location. Serviced the relationships for clients including Bank of America Card and Auto, Dell DFS, Citibank Card, Household card and legal, US Bank Card, T- Mobile, Washington Mutual and a 1 billion dollar warehouse project. The warehouse included a list of 33 different retail, utility and telecommunications companies. Sound Bite and Par3 Varolli were used heavily in the dialing strategies. I developed all work plans, commission structures, incentives, forecasts, staffing and communicated with the headquarters in Seattle Washington. Site generated between 1.3 and 1.7 million a month in collections.

- The position required relocating to Toronto, Ontario. In addition to the requirements of a collection manager, responsibilities include retraining Canadian collection staff on aspects of American collections. Daily education conducted on collection and state laws, banking procedures, ways of obtaining monies, and skip tracing were held. The main objective was the startup of three American clients including Alegis, Bank of America and American Express. In a twelve month period the gross collections for the United States division rose from four hundred thousand a month to 2.3 million. American Express was accountable for over six hundred thousand dollars of that figure. I was required to oversee the satellite offices in Buffalo, NY. I also handled initial Attorney General Complaints and inquiries
