As a homebased Sr. CRA/Lead CRA I manage all aspects of the clinical monitoring process in accordance with GCPs and global SOPs to assess the safety and efficacy of investigational products and/or medical devices. Provide protocol and visit training to CRAs on my clinical team.
I function as a field trainer who provides coaching to CRAs with varying levels of experience for all monitoring visit types. I also conduct Authorized Accompanied Field Visits (AAFVs) were I give my recommendation to management about a CRA’s ability to perform the various monitoring visit types.
