Responsible for reference of new hire and maintaining personnel records. Organize new hire drug testing, inform new employees of company's rules and regulations. provide new employees with al personnel data and insurance information. Order company supplies and perform data entry duties on all billing invoices. Maintain and document logs on truck drivers. Implement payroll functions in applying payment to invoices, and implementing all payroll deductions including child support deductions. Administrator for all tax reports for two companies. Prepare taxes including excise taxes for coke products and prepare sales reports for Dr. Pepper products. Interact with Coke and Dr.Pepper representatives in transmitting information and maintaining effective communication. Provide customer service functions and assist in company back up duties and assist in resolving problems in the operation and management of the company and etc.
