•Facilitate or participate in meetings with business management and vendors to discuss new implementations, upgrades, scheduled maintenance or problem/resolution. •First level support for business users in the event of system outages or application issues •Provide internal and external application support to business users based on business SLA •Initiate or participate in War Room Calls for major system outages or application issues •Perform root cause analysis for outages •Participate in the scheduled maintenance, break/fix, enhancements or upgrades to applications •Collect, Analyze and report SLA and OM Metrics data to upper management •Provide business with updated procedure documentation to alleviate excessive customer support calls for recurring application issues
