I have been in the nursing home industry for over 20 years. I have done CNA work, as well as being a Resident Care Coordinator. This title covers multiple venues. From CNA hiring, staffing and schedules. It also includes from start to finish caring for residents. Making sure room is ready for new residents, making sure their arrival is a pleasant one. Input on choosing a room mate that will be well suited. Making their stay as pleasnat as possible for both the resident and their family. At the present time I am working as an activity assistant and enjoy the one on one time I share with my residents.
