Upon employment @ Hilton Garden Inn, the hotel was almost in default. within six weeks time I improved quality scores up 50% overall for the Engineering Department and improved guest satisfaction scores another 20%. As of July of this year the property had yet another quality inspection and the scores were up to an all time high of 96%. this property is no longer in default and hilton retracted removing its name from the hotel
