I was responsible of managing all of the clinic account and long term accounts that were set up on playment plans or needed to be. I had to make sure that all payments received by the client were adjusted so that both invoices matched. As well as make sure that if financial assistance was approved and we needed to adjust the accounts that the correct percentage was adjusted, and the remaining balance was either paid off or put on an acceptable payment plan.
