Highlights:
Helped in the development and daily operation of TAPS (Technion Automated Provisioning System). Taps tripled the number of lines worked daily and lowered manual provisioning headcount there by saving ATT over $50,000 per month in manpower.
· Help create and implement the new QIP tool for OTM Quality Assurance Supervisors. This tool will be used by all other project QA’s after testing phase is completed.
· Recruited, interviewed, hired, and trained new team members for the Local Quality department boasting our average lines checked by 500 lines.
· Handled irate customers who wanted to cancel newspaper subscriptions saving the company an estimated $45,000 in revenue due to subscriptions lost for a one-day period.
· Created flow charts in Visio. These flow charts were used to present to ATT the QA process.
· Helped agents, Operations, and QA Supervisors with various computer problems. By doing this and not waiting for the designated IS personnel, I saved the company hours in manpower by getting systems up and running in no time.
