Managing an assisting a group of customer service agents responsible for taking an assisting the client with their credit card accounts. Knowledgable in most up-to-date Federal banking laws and current company policies in order to deliver the most accurate information to the employee and our clients. Responsible for managing a team of up to twenty-five customer service agents answering calls for over 8 million customer accounts.
