I worked in a call center that sold mail order medications. I never failed a call for courtesy, time efficiency or for not having one call resolution. My supervisor completely trusted me, and picked me to work with IBM customers, as well as the general calls I took. IBM customers were "treated with kid gloves," and they often asked to speak with my supervisor to tell him how helpful I was.
