Responsibilities
With my most recent employer I started as an Administrative Assistant. My responsibilities included volunteer work to help with company spirit and develop a fun work environment, creating word, powerpoint, and excel documents for 8+ managers simultaneously. I was also responsible for a 5 line switchboard/paging system. I specifically created a powerpoint presentation for a manager who was overloaded, and needed help with this presentation which she needed 100% completed for the company President. The presentation had to include statistics that I had to research, along with many other facts, and view points. The result: Our regional manager and President, congratulated her on the presentation! My previous job I was able to more than double retail sales. The result: The company was able to prove growth, and credibility which got a major contract to sell motorcycles in the retail shop.
