Responsibilities
Currently organization is by far the most important and critical aspect of my job. Making sure that all supplies, therapy and office related are well stock and available for use. Organization is what makes the office run smoothly and effectively everyday. Secondly, patient and family relationships are also a major responsibility in my current job. In a hospital setting I'm sure knowing all patient's names is next to impossible, but maintaining an inviting and positive attitude towards all patients and families as well as other employees is a must in running a successful practice.
