Highlights:
While working for Commerce Bank I climbed the ranks from Part-time Teller to Full-time Customer Service Representative, in seven months. I also participate in the Cash Program, which is an in-depth program for training Supervisors. Everyday I worked in a fast paced highly customer oriented environment providing answers and solutions to customers’ questions and problems. During my time at Choice Homes I was in charge of providing callers with details of the listings they were inquiring about and giving the agents any leads that were phoned in or e-mailed. I performed clerical duties and held and distributed keys to the agents. I also assisted any walk- in customers and arranged appointments for them with the agents. When I worked for The Trustcompany Bank they merged with North Fork Bank. I held my position even though many employees were dismissed. I performed transactions and cross- selling from the teller line. While working at one of the busiest branches the bank has, I maintained a minimal amount of differences. The four years I spent working at Saint Anne’s Church were very rewarding. I was able to help the priest with clerical and phone duties. I also assisted parishioners with any questions or concerns they needed to present to the priest. I was in charge of processing donations and I helped prepare bank deposits. During the summer I spent at General Shipping I was introduced to office work, clerical work and basic computer programs related to the shipping business.Companies I like:
