Wholesale Account Executive, 1st National Bank of Arizona: 1st Person Sales, Training, Guidance of Underwriting Guidelines and Loan Structuring for over 150 Mortgage Brokers and Mortgage Bankers in the State of SC. I was the first contact for all questions for the Loans they would send to me, correcting the problems they had, directing them how to make the best solution for the borrower via UW guidelines and the Law. I provided PowerPoint Sales Presentations to the Brokers, as well as Leads for Business, Marketing and Sales Presentation Materials for those Leads, trained how to Capture business, and how to structure that business. I also trained them on our Website underwriting and Pricing engines, and kept up with our Pipeline of current Loans. I was responsible for daily/weekly Publisher Marketing Capaigns. I was responsible to continuously add New Brokers and train them on our systems and products, and maintain an optimum service level of our current clientele.
