Highlights:
As I stated above, I was a dedicated employee who enjoyed working with the customer service end of the position. I was very good at what I did and felt I always could turn a customers' attitude around by the second sentence to make sure they their experience with our company was a pleasant one. If I was not able to help them, I always made sure that I transferred them to someone that would be able to help them.
Companies I like:
I'm open to suggestions.
I worked for an educational software company in which I was responsible for the well-being of the customer and the overall process of making sure their program worked correctly and was able to be used without any or much difficulty.
I also dealt in getting customers' interest in the company by giving me information on how they liked the programs and also planted the thought "seed" in letting them know about future products we were possibly going to be using or services we may be offering. These were called Satisfied Customer Comments and Upsells. I was the "QUEEN" of this area. The customer never got off the phone until I got what I wanted out of the call. That was the laugh around the office as I was very dedicated to the company, but foremost, the customers' possible problems if they had any to better serve them.
One thing I must add is that I am an excellent typist and would love to find a home-based job typing that I could be home with my children. I would be devoted to the whole realm of it, but I need to be home where I can earn an income and still enjoy time with my family.
