Highlights:
I am proficient in MS Windows 2000/XP, MS Office 2000/XP (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint) and several versions of accounting software including ACCPAC and Quicken. My recent experience is bookkeeping and payroll for a property management company. I am responsible for producing end of the month financial statements for over 16 properties. This included double entry accounting of all accounts, a/p, producing balance sheets, P&L reports, bank reconciliations, working with auditors to produce year-end statements and tax returns. I also was responsible for calculating and inputting payroll for all of the properties. Prior to that, I oversaw the office duties of two major hospital kitchens with over 135 employees. I was responsible for human resources, payroll, and benefit coordination, all accounting and marketing. In addition, I was on the developmental team that designed an Internet accounting program used nationwide by Hospital Dietary Departments and Senior Dining Facilities.
