I am looking for a position with the ability to have greater responsibilities and move up the ladder. A position where I can motivate others to do the best possible work and become successful themselves. I love change and challenges and am excellent at meeting deadlines and those are the things that motivate me. Highlights:

Presidents club award for being the top supervisor in my area. The thing I am the most proud of is that through all of the changes within our company including a huge merger that really shook up the employees, I was the only supervisor to not have an employee leave their job. Since employees leave their managers and not their jobs, I found this to be very motivating for myself.
